Now through March 29th only: Get 10% Off any new bike when you bring your old bike to Bicycle Roots as a Trade In. We’ll donate your Trade In bike to Recycle-A-Bicycle, an awesome Not for Profit that provides environmental education and bike industry job training to young people. R-A-B runs Earn-A-Bike, Green Jobs Training, and Summer Youth Employment Programs, as well as High School Internships, Recycled Arts Workshops, and a Kids Ride Club. Our own co-owner Joe Lawler got his start at one of their job training programs when he was just a young pup, and look how far it got him!
Recycle-A-Bicycle runs on donated bicycles, which are refurbished by their interns and trainees. Now that nice weather is on the horizon, they need to to collect a ton of bikes to keep their programs running. Help them get some, and get a nice deal on a new bike while you’re at it. Just bring any bicycle to Bicycle Roots as a trade in, and we’ll give you 10% off a new bike. Recycle-A-Bicycle is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all bike donations are 100% tax deductible. We’ll have the right paperwork on hand to help you get a tax deduction for your donation. Most importantly, this promotion runs from March 20th through March 29th only, so don’t miss out.
Terms and conditions are, as always, minimal and straightforward: To get 10% off a new bike, you must provide a Trade In bike and purchase a new bike from our stock on the same day. We reserve the right to turn away Trade In bikes that are of poor quality or seriously damaged. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
Bicycle Roots is located at 609 Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Our hours are Tuesday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Bring in your Trade In bike any time we are open, now through March 29th, to take advantage of this deal. We look forward to seeing you!
