Make an Appointment

Please book an appointment to drop your bike off for service using the link below. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours from drop-off. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins for minor repairs, we're not always able to do so due to staffing limitations. Walk-ins are welcome for sales during business hours, no appointment required.

We’re unable to service most e-bikes and some cargo bikes. If you have an e-bike or cargo bike that needs service, please email info@bicycleroots.com prior to booking an appointment. 

Deposits are required to secure appointments. Please note, deposits are non-refundable and act as an in-store credit to be used towards sales and/or service. If you elect not to move forward with servicing your bike, the deposit will remain on your account as store credit.
