Make an Appointment

If you need a bicycle repair of any kind, including flat tire repair, you must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not have an appointment, we cannot fix your bike.

If you need to buy a bicycle, parts, or accessories, appointments are optional but encouraged. We accept walk-in customers in the Sales Department on Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11:00am to 6:00pm. However, when there is a customer who has an appointment, we will always serve that customer before we serve anyone who is waiting in line.

Please click on the button below to make an appointment with a Bicycle Roots salesperson or mechanic. When you book your appointment, you will pay a small, non-refundable deposit, which we will apply to the total cost of your sale or repair.
