Returns and Exchanges
The return policy for our online store is simple. In order to refund or credit the price of your purchase, your return/exchange must meet the following criteria:

We must receive your return/exchange within 14 days of your initial order.

The item you are returning/exchanging must be in like new condition.

The item you are returning/exchanging must be in its complete and intact packaging.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on bicycles, helmets, or inner tubes. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any part or accessory that has been installed. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any item that shows signs of wear or use. We do not accept returns/exchanges on items that are not returned to us in their complete and intact packaging.
We provide a Return Authorization Form in the package with your shipment. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please use the following procedure:

When you call or email, provide us with your Order Number. This Order Number is on the Packing Slip that is enclosed with your shipment. It is also in the email you received from us when you first placed the order on our website.

When you give us your Order Number, we will give you a Return Authorization Number.

Use your Order Number and your Return Authorization Number to fill out the Return Authorization Form that came with your shipment.

Pack up your return/exchange item in the original package. Put the Return Authorization Form in the package.

Ship the return package back to us using the shipping carrier of your choice.
When we receive your return shipment, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item onto your credit card. If you have indicated that you desire an exchange instead of a return, we will ship you the exchange merchandise and refund or charge any difference in price between the two items. For exchanges, you will not be charged for outbound shipping.
